Trump says Guantanamo Bay will be used to hold up to 30,000 migrants
President Trump ordered the Pentagon and the Department of Homeland Security to ready Guantanamo Bay to house up to 30,000 migrants in a separate facility from where 9/11 terrorists are being held.
